This is Rick Bowmer, aka "Boomer" a staff photographer for the Associated Press. We were standing around waiting on the OSU Cal game to start. Rick has had an amazing career including living in Israel. He get's called out on to cover assignments all over the world. He's a cool cat and and a notorious prankster.
